What Is Life Coaching?

Coaching is the process of aiding people to reach deeper levels of fulfillment & higher levels of success faster, more easily, and more enjoyably than they might on their own. The focus of the coaching may serve career, business, inter-personal relationships, financial, life balance, spirituality or any area of life in which an individual is seeking change, growth, or new discoveries.

Clients seek my services during times of personal or professional transition to achieve clear goals they want to attain. Those seeking weight loss, brides, newlyweds, those wanting to change their career, parents, those going through a divorce and those in the performing arts are examples the populations I serve. I assess the client’s need, map out a concrete course of action steps, and coach the client to their desired result.
